Job Description:

Understand the nature of our business, business financials, and proposed direction of business.

Communicate and network to generate leads and enable our business to win new opportunities.

Build relationships with new clients, assess their needs, and develop proposals to address those needs.

Travel to different cities or countries to negotiate client contracts and establish new business partnerships.

Produce reports for the Director regarding financial figures and proposed action plans for business growth.

Work closely with the team and ensure alignment with company goals.

Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and industry changes that may impact the business.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, finance, or a related field is required.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the relevant industry sector.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of business financials, market trends, competitor analysis, and strategic business planning.

International Business Exposure: Experience in client acquisition, partnership building, and contract negotiation, particularly with international clients, is desirable.

Language & Market Knowledge: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required. Familiarity with Asian markets, business culture, and industry-specific trends is highly desirable.

Gross Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
